Q:  When can I move in?

A:  If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.

Q:  How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

A:  Moving dates are in many ways a moving target. Just call us and keep us informed if anything changes. Do remember that if we are not notified then charges continue to assess your account so make sure we know when you plan to move out.

Q:  What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

A:  We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport).

Q:  Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

A:  No, our rental agreement is month-to-month.

Q:  Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates or into the building where my unit is located?

A:  No, when you rent a unit you will be given a security pass code that will allow you access to your unit. Please do not share this pass code with anyone.

Q:  How do I make a payment?

A:  You can pay in person, mail a check, make a payment through our website, or over the phone. You may also sign up to have payments automatically charged to a credit card.

Q:  What forms of payments do you accept?

A:  Cash, Check, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q:  Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

A:  Yes, we sell all the essentials. You can view a list of our inventory and place an order when processing your rental on this website. You can also purchase them onsite at most locations but make sure to check before you go so you are fully prepared.

Q:  How do I know how much storage space I will need?

A:  Watching the videos on this website will give you a great deal of insight into what fits. If after you’ve watched the videos you’re still having trouble just give us a call.

Q:  Do I need to bring my own lock?

A:  We encourage tenants to use only disc locks and we sell them onsite.

Q:  Are there any items that I am not supposed to store?

A: Absolutely do not store any of the following items: liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, biological contaminants, or perishables. Please call us if you have questions regarding a specific item.

Q:  What are your hours of operation?

A:  The offices are open Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm at the State of Franklin Rd. and Sherwood Rd. locations. You can also reach a customer service representative over the phone after hours to rent, make a payment, or report any problems you might be experiencing; if the latter is this case we will contact you shortly with a solution.
